If a restaurant is paused, this means the restaurant has put a temporarily hold on orders. This could happen for many reasons, but happens most often when the restaurant has experienced a high volume of orders and may need to attend to in-house customers.

Sometimes weather conditions, parade routes, ect will occur in certain cities causing a city-wide pause in order for our drivers to temporarily avoid these areas.

Pauses will range from a few minutes to a few hours, however, when the pause is over, you will be able to place your order.
