You may be getting an error message when you are trying to add a new credit card to your profile. There are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure you are entering in your billing zip code. Sometimes this will not be the same zip code as your physical address.
- If you have received a new card, make sure that it has been activated.
- Ensure that you are entering your CVV code correctly. The CVV code is a 3-digit number located on the back of the card.
- If you are attempting to upload your payment method by scanning your card with your camera, try manually entering the payment information into the provided fields.
If your card has been activated, you've confirmed that the information has been entered correctly, and confirmed that the account has adequate funds, you will need to contact your financial institution and authorize the transaction.
If you are a first-time user, for your protection, your financial institution may occasionally block a transaction for new vendors.
