If you are canceling an order because your restaurant is out of the items on the ticket, please be sure to give the customer a courtesy call. They’ll understand.
- Log in on your desktop or laptop computer with your Manager credentials.
- If the order is still pending on the order screen and has not been accepted, you can click the Reject button on the top right.
- If the order has already been manually accepted already, you will need to contact us at 1-800-661-9036. The order will stay in the archive for your reference.
