The archive section will allow you to review any previous or existing orders that have been placed at your restaurant.
- Start by tapping 'Archive' in the sidebar.
- Select the date and time range that you would like to view and select ‘Go.’ The search will return all the orders and group orders that were placed during that time period. If you know the customer's name, you can also enter their first name or last name into the input field.
- When you find the order you were looking for, click on ‘Details’ to review.
If you are logged into Dashboard with your manager credentials, you can also email the customer a copy of their receipt, process a refund, or add an upcharge.
Every customer automatically receives a copy of their receipt to the email address on file; however, if a user contacts you and would like another copy, locate the order in the archives and tap 'Email Receipt.' You will be prompted to enter the customer's name and the email address where they would like you to send the receipt.
Note: You can enter more than one email address. When you are ready, just click 'Send.’
