When you receive a future order, your iPad will ding to alert you that a new order has been placed. It will ask you to click the Acknowledge button on the order. This lets the customer know that you are aware of the order and will have it ready on time for the driver.
TIP: On a delivery order, the date and time listed are when the customer expects to receive the delivery. If you think it will take you longer to make the order and it will go past the delivery time, please let our Partner Support team know. If the order is carryout, the time specified on the ticket is the time the customer expects the order to be ready for pickup.
45 mins before the expected time, the order will have an Accept button. You will need to click Accept and begin working on the order then.
