No problem - you can still log in! First, open the driver app. On the login screen, you will see an option to reset your password. Click that and follow the prompts. Once your password is reset, you’ll be able to log in.
Didn’t receive the password reset email?
First, check your spam filters. If the emails are not there, it’s likely that we either have a bad email address on file for you or there was an issue creating your Driver Account.
Bad Email - Have you received any emails from Delivery Logistics or Waitr? If not, we likely have an incorrect email address on your profile.
Issues creating an account - Common problems include incorrect banking information or returning drivers who already have an inactive Delivery Logistics account.
